Barber's Mirror with Carved Parrot Design

An Indian street barber's vintage teak mirror with a small cupboard & carved decorative parrot sides.

An old teak wooden mirror with a shelf, front opening cupboard & beautifully carved side panels at each side of the mirror glassn side panels. The carving design is suggestive of parrots, a popular motive in India carved where parrots are considered as symbols of love.

Several years agao these would have been a common sight in places like Rajasthan. in our homes we can use these vintage barber's mirrors in a bathroom or place for your last minute check of hair, make up or tie. Or simply as a decorative item for the wall and somewhere you can display small collectibles.
