This is a subtle and very beautiful painting of Ganesh that we found in Udaipur. The four armed Ganesh sits on a lotus opposite a small mouse that sits on a round water lily mat.
Executed in delicate colours of peach, pink, grey and gold on old paper which shows background traces of handwritten Urdu around the border.
