An art silk shawl made from vibrant sari materials with additional circles of beautiful & contrasting kantha stitching. Reversible so you can drape it to see a flash of the reverse side - two shawls in one! The lilac side has occasional small embroidered details.

Kantha is a type of running stitch popular throughout India but especially in Bengal where these Kanthas originate. The tradition in the villages of Bengal is to upcycle old saris into bed quilts & shawls called dupattas.
