Red Oriental Jacquard Coat

A scarlet red coat with sand coloured crane and floral motifs

Cranes and flowers decorate this fully lined silky jacquard coat. The predominant colour is red with a mauve border on the body and sleeves. The pattern on the main body of the coat is sand coloured and on the mauve border the pattern is in red. Beautifully made in viscose with a satin lining.

Viscose fabric is half way between natural and synthetic. It is made from naturally occurring plant fibres but is highly processed. It drapes well and is often used as a silk substitute.
