This brass bell was hanging from the green roof of a small temple next to a stepwell at Kailashpuri, Rajasthan.

On the drive from Udaipur to Kumbalagarh we called in at Kailashpuri to check out the stepwell - something of a disappointment as a road had been built over one stepped side of the well.
On the opposite side was a manger with cows and next to that a small temple with a chattri cupola ceiling, the inside of which was painted vibrant green. The brass temple bell hung down from the middle of the ceiling.
