A lovely and rare dark cane woven basket with beadwork from Nagaland in north eastern India.
A unique decorative item with a rich cultural background from Nagaland. A beautiful item in its own right it, could also be used to display dried grasses. Elegantly decorated with brightly coloured handwoven fabric with a zig zag pattern. Further decorated with a string of pale grey glassy beads and slender carrying handle.
