Torans (originally a Persian word meaning gateway) are traditionally hung over a doorway in the desert towns of Rajasthan and Gujarat in western India.
Ideal to be used as a wallhanging or positioned over a doorway or window.
This toran has the lucky number of seven pennants embroidered in harmonious soft russet tones embellished with small sheesha mirrors and tiny shells.
