Mustard Yellow Ajrakh Printed Indian Bedspread
A glorious mustard yellow Indian bedspread with a complex Ajrakh print.
Ajrakh is one of the oldest techniques for printing fabrics in India. Wooden blocks are used to create the patterns in a complex process that uses natural dyes and involves many stages. This bedspread has been made with typical patterns using a more modern screen printing process.
The reverse side has lines of white and marigold kantha stitching against a deep yellow cotton. Turn the reverse side over at the top for a pleasing effect.
Size: King size approx 220x270cm. In India this is called a double bedspread. It is suitable for double, king size and super king beds.
Cold machine wash with non-bio detergents.
