Red, Yellow & Blue Floral Kantha Throw
A kantha throw with two colourful sides; large blue & yellow flowers and red & orange floral stripes on reverse.
A superb reversible kantha throw with two excellent sides. One side has large blue, yellow and orange sunflower style flowers with curly leaf stems on a red and orange striped background; the reverse has stripey red and orange bands with daisy like flowers and a delightful wavy black and white continuous abstract leaf pattern.
A cottage industry item upcycled from vintage cotton saris in west Bengal and Bangladesh. All our Kanthas are unique. The layers of fabric are bound together in the traditional style with very tight kantha running stitches which create an additional texture & pattern discernible on close inspection.
Kanthas make great throws for a sofa or chair or a top layer for a bed.
We recommend that you machine wash at 30 degrees using non biological detergent.
