A woman moving past vibrant silk hangings at Seralung Monastery, Tibet.

The beautiful Seralung monastery is on the north eastern shore of Lake Manosarovar. We visited Seralung after our pilgrimage around Mt Kailash, (Kang Rinpoche, Holy Snow Mountain) in 2014.
The monastery had been rebuilt after destruction in the Cultural Revolution. The vibrant colours of the new Thangkas and silk hangings matched the woman's clothing as she moved past the camera as I took a photo of the hangings.
