The beautiful stupa at Tholing Monastery looks magnificent in the late afternoon light of Western Tibet. It was built by Rinchen Zangpo and is dedicated to king Yeshe-O who died in his mission to bring the great teacher Atisha to Tholing, so beginning the resurgence of Buddhism in Tibet.
