A Tibetan Buddhist double or crossed Vajra with 8 prongs made from brass.

In Tibetan Buddhism a Vajra, or Dorje, is a diamond thunderbolt that cuts through anything, including ignorance, without itself being destroyed or diminished. A double vajra is exactly that but can also been seen as resolving seemingly incompatiable opposites. It is the symbol of Amoghasiddhi, the green Buddha of unstoppable success.
The Indian word is Vajra, in Tibetan, Dorje.
