A copper bronze coloured vintage peacock brooch with jewelled details.
A splendid peacock with outstretch tail is at the top of this metal brooch while below are 8 other birds; two look like hoopooes and two look like parrots. The hoopooes are feeding baby hoopooes. Two glass beads, one deep amber, the other dark blue, add to the decoration.
A large brooch pin is located at the back. Mid 20th century.
